When I was searching the internet for different products for bed bugs I found bug defend.I did not sign up for automatic services, I just wanted to try the product. The company still sent new portion ,that I didn't order, and charged me additional 39.80.To cancel transaction seems to be impossible- the telephone doesn't work , website doesn't work too.
