Tout they area Microsoft Partner. Did more damage to my computer than help. Could not understand (accent) some of the online techs and when I asked for someone else was ignored.
Attempts to fix my problem, that they had created by uninstalling MS Office all failed -- then they asked that I would state the problem was resolved -- when I stated that it was not resolved they ignored it. Techs are schooled in what to say but actually listen very little. Borders on a scam.
