I bought a box dvd set of the love boat on the 2nd aug 2012, money was taken from credit card but no goods as yet, contacted them on several occassions to be told, 1. held up by customs they paid the fees to release it and would get it in a week. 2. courier company has lost it and 3 they will air freight the set out to me and now 6 weeks later nothing and not even responding to my emails
