I saw an advertisement on a website. It directed me to skinmd.com where I saw a long article about Aura Vie and how it works really well with Levela. I ordered the two products after reading that ALL I would have to pay for is shipping and handling, THAT'S IT. Then I got charged $97.88. I called customer service and they tried to direct me to the official Aura Vie Website. I didn't buy their product from there though. They said there were terms and conditions that were "legally binding." If this were true, how come you don't have to click "I agree" before placing your order? I quickly called Levela after this and find out that they were doing the same thing! I luckily cancelled my account with them within the "15 day trial period" and am supposedly not getting charged. But we will see. This is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM. I am so angry at this company and will NEVER EVER EVER USE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people like this.
