After seeing that the P & H costs were more than the product itself, I did not complete my order, yet 2 hours later I receive a confirmation that my order was placed. Master Card will not stop payment until my credit card is charged and the charge has not yet hit. Can'r reach Grout Bully by pnone or internet so why hasn't someone reported this fraudulent advertising to the Better Business Bureau, esp. since it's been going on for over a year?
