It's a total scam. They sent a letter with a check for $1000+. They then want you to cash it and send $900 back to them using Western Union and waived the ID check requirement on the withdraw (scam alert hint). The check looks very good. Don't do it. Don't bother cashing the check. You will get charge a bounce check fee from your bank. You will lose your money.
