I have not been contacted by any of my customers or their relatives regarding this. Loan One only charges $750....that is our only fee associated with any of our loans. Standard title and escrow is applicable and would be the same as Wells Fargo. Mathematically it is impossible for our costs to be $3500 more than Wells Fargo if we only charge $750.
If you want to contact me to go over this please do, but please don't post fictitious complaints when you have not reached out to me or Loan One.
