I ordered complete Box set of Dallas series dvd collection. Website promised 14 individual Boxes DVD collection of all episodes (approx 500). After more than 6 weeks of wait I received one tiny box containing dvds from episode no.287 and the quality was very poor and it appeared to have been recorded on TV. Want to return but no address to return to. I want full refund as item not complete and very poor quality and not as promised on website.
