I have had a visa card for about 5 months. The first 3 payments were received on time and paid. The payments are due on the 23rd of each month. The August bill was received on august 28 and I called about a late fee. It was to bewaived I thought. The september bill arrived on october 2 with another late charge. They said there nwas nothing they could do to fix this. My mail service is excellent and I've never gotten a past due bill in 35 years.I had to pay abalance transfer fee of $68 to go back to chase visa.Ihave never paid a credit card late. I had to cancel my card account'cause I'll go broke at this rate.My being late. was a result of their negligence and collecting illegal funds.
