I ordered the upper veneer in April 2012, i waited a month for the impression kit to arrive. I called and received the impression kit soon after. I had already paid in full. I mailed back the impression, took the before pictures and emailed them and then waited for another month, again I had to call before it was mailed to me. The veneer was large and gapped at the gum line, i could not put them on my teeth at all, even after warming and holding in place.
I contacted the lab and was sent a return number, i mailed them back.. A month later I received the same veneer back again it did not fit. I re did the impression, sent it back and now the veneer cracked when I fit it on the right side. Not quality, not worth $600.00 and I have mailed the veneer back again requesting a full refund.
