I noticed a charge for 10.65 on my bank account for FIRSTCARPLAZA. It was on a day that I did not leave the house. I called the company. My first call was disconnected. My second call was with a lady with a heavy foreign accent. She checked the sale and said it was for a car cigarette lighter. I haven't used a cigarette lighter for a quarter of a century. She said she would reverse the sale and I would get my money back in 2 - 3 days. I will have to wait and see if that happens.

- i had the same thing today on my bank account,called the co and they said wld remove it and it's gone.I am calling my bank to put a fraud alert in case they try it again.

- My 10.65 was removed from my account on 9/13. I called them on 9/14 and it was put back into my account on 9/15. I am sure there are lots of people who don't complain and just write it off as an error or something they don't remember. Mine happened in Florida. I see there are outlets all over the US. Is this local to Florida or is it spread national?
