When you sign up for the $4.99 trial offer, the company fails to tell you that your credit card will be used for automatic refills of the nicotine cartridges. If you do not agree that tell you to send back the trail pack. I spoke with customer sewrvice and the girl refused to cancel my order. I do not want to recieve product under false pretenses and then have to spend more of my time and monet to return it... Stay away from this scam company.
