8/31/12- Purchased merchandise from store, online. No phone number given. email address - outletbcbgdresses@hotmail.com. When merchandise arrived (9/5/12), it was incorrect (I had placed an order for a BCBG gown - formal wear) and had received a t-shirt with no tags, markings etc. When trying to contact customer service, they did not respond to any of my questions directly, and were responded in broken english. 9/6/12 - Filed a claim with my bank; but they cannot dispute transaction until item is returned (which will not guarantee that I will even be refunded total amount OR shipping charges to China).
