My fiance and I bought a 2008 Dodge Advenger SE back in January 2012 and when we went in to look at the vehichle and purchase it as we needed a car to get to work. I had asked both the dealer Chris and the Head of Collections Ira who runs the place if there had been any major damages to it prior. I also asked to see a carfax and was told they would get us one but never did. They told us it went through a 125 point inspection and everything is up to date. However we have had nothing but problems with the car and when we printed the carfax ourselves it had 18 history reports which two of them were two major front end collisions and brake system failure. We have never been late with a payment and they even turned the car off on us the first week owning it even when we made the payment which resulted in spending $140 to replace the battery after that. Recently we had to have the car in a Certified Toyota dealership in Marietta GA that Nation Wide had it towed there for the two front brakes and rotors and undercarage to be replaced. That cost us $420 and the mechanic there said there is no way in 7 months the parts would go that quick if they were new. I have the parts in back of my car and have the serial number on the pads and the report we got from National Auto Sales that said the serial number of the pads put on do not match. My fiance almost went off the road in front of our apartment complex and the mechanic said it was probably due to the fact that it was missing a front slave cylinder. Tried to work things out with this dealership and they won't do anyting about it. Looking for help and legal advice.
