I also ordered the trial and when I attempted to contact them to cancel may order all I got was voice-mail. I called several times a day for over a week during their business hours and always got the same voice-mail message. I left countless messages and received zero response. I tried to contact them via e-mail several times and I always got back a form e-mail instructing me to call the same number. I disputed the charge with my credit card. That brought about an immediate reply- but not to me, to my credit card company. Their response letter to the dispute indicated that there was no record of me attempting to reach their customer service line, or their e-mail. I have sent letters to every address I can find for Lush and copied my credit card company. I have left voicemails again. As yet I have not been charged any more "membership fees" -- and after all I've done to cancel, I hope this nightmare is over...
