Payza.com is an online transaction service that has chosen to ignore a deposit I made to them two months ago. The reason for this is because I failed to include a verification number when I made the deposit at my local bank branch. I have since made many attempts to provide a statement of this transaction along with all the details they required yet they replied saying it was insufficient. I have since contacted them many times with all the information even requesting that they refund my 50GBP to my bank but they simply stopped replying. My last contact was to warn them of legal action if they continued to ignore me which they have still.
There is no way of contacting Payza except through a ticket submission system so it now seems impossible that my transaction will ever be acknowledged or reversed.
