Servpro Mt. Laurel/Moorestown performed water restoration service in my home June 2012. They removed clothing that was soiled in the water damage to my home and when the returned the clothing which were boxed and transported in their company trucks they had bed bugs in the boxes. I was asked by the Franchise owner to present him with a bill for 100% remedation as he was going to pay for it. When I presented the bill to him, he recinded his offer stating he didnt have the money to pay. He yelled at me on the phone when I said that he was being unprofessional and a man not of his word. I was also told by a member of his staff the the Corporate Office of Servpro listed to customer complaints just to appease the customer and that the franchise offices did not have a responsibility to the corporate office as the Servpro name! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST MANGEMENT!!!!
