My husband and I went to pc richardsand sons located at bay plaza in the bronx. We bougth a air conditioner, and after 1 week it broke . We took it back to the store , and we exchange it for another air conditioner ( diferent brand ). After 3 weeks it broke again; So we took back to the store and i requested my money back;However , they said that i could not have my money back . They could give only store credit. I do not trust their air conditioner anymore , and i don't fell buying anything there anymore . The manager was rude and did not provide a costumer service . I am very disappointed . i will never go there again
