Ordered, paid, and received sample. Did not like or re-order, but a month later was charged an additional $97.88 for the sample. Spoke to a representative when I complained and was offered $30 back as a "courtesy" which I refused as I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Very deceptive business practices and poor customer service if you complain.
