vccguru.com is a scam! I paid almost $200 and never got the card. The seller is never online, although he claims on his website to be online 11 hours a day. Bogus. No phone number either. I sent him an email asking why it's taking so long and he eventually responded and said that I haven't paid yet, even though I did! He's either a scammer or a complete idiot. Either way, if you're looking for virtual credit cards, look elsewhere. You'll only lose your money and time dealing with this guy.
Update: 06/29/2012
The seller finally responded after 3 days. He claims to honor requests in an hour, but in my case it took 3 days, without any prior notice. Anyway, vccguru.com is not a scam, but it's not very reliable either.
