They supposedly do great work. My friend ordered in February and I was extremely impressed with the ID. I have not had the same luck, unfortunately. They do not communicate with you, regardless of the number of emails sent. They do not update the "Shipped" and "Processed" sections of the website under "Order History" so don't bother with that...
Would just appreciate an answer from them, whether it be notifying of shipment (preferred) or just them letting us know they're a scam. I'd love to stop waiting around for the IDs and abandon all hope at this point. If they come through, I'll retract. Praying for the best at this point.
