We bought this hi difinition TV antenna that was supposedly to get cable related channels without paying monthly bill.for a one price of $61.00. We could only get 6channels whice were only local broadcast channels. It didn't come with any instructions on how to return it for a full refund. Without paying shipping cost.how do I return this and get fully refunded?
