I had ordered a 'free trial' of Bella Brite and received my package. After using it, decided it was not worth ordering more. Imagine my surprise when another package arrived and I found out that without my permission, I had been billed &78.41. I called the company to cancel any further shipments and to see about returning this one. It was impossible to actually speak with a real person - I was shuttled from one recorded message to another and finally hung up on.
