Telephoned me and left message saying they could lower my interest rates on all my credit cards if I had at least $10,000 in debt. I called them back. I gave them my credidt card #. I would pay 898.00 on credit card and if they couldn't get my rates lowered I would get a refund. A few days later I called them to say I had decided I did not want their service and the man said i could not get a refund. I wasnt at home to accept the Fed Ex delivery( 3 times) and 3 weeks later they sent me a video and a flyer telling me to fill it out and sign. I did not fill it out or send it back. I called my Visa credit card service and they told me it was a scam. They lowered my interest rate at my request from 23.99 to 17.99 percent and said that 6.99 percent was not available.
