first of all i did not know that the web was in china second of all i order 2 handbag for total of 216.0 USD, after i place the order the next day i recieve a email telling me that my payment did not go through , i try again and was sucssfull.
now my problem is i only recieve one handbag when i went to check my credit card statement i see that i was charge 2 X .i jus want my money back the total of 324 $ please i need your help to get the money below is a copy message that i recive saying that the payment did not go through
