I clicked on the Pro Lash to receive a free trial offer. I was really looking forward to trying the product. I waited and waited to receive the product and it never came. I happened to call and check my bank charges and found a charge for $119.32. When I found out that it was for Pro Lash, I called. I talked to a man named Rob. He said that I was charged the full price because I hadn't returned the product. I told him that I hadn't received the product. He said the post office claimed that I had received it. I told the post office that I never received the package and was told they couldn t' do anything that I would have to talk to the company. I called a second time and talked to a woman named Christine. I told her that I had not received the free trial offer. She said she could reship the product but I would have to pay the full price. I said I never got a "FREE TRIAL". There was no second chance.

- This is so much similar to my case. I had applied for the supposed trial for $1 and with S$H all together I think I paid about $8. According to the email that is sent out immediately after shipping (which I did not receive on time), terms of condition state that the unused product can be returned within 15 days after it has been shipped to you. I received my product on what would have been my 14th day on the trial and I received the email with all the info 3 days after that!! Can you imagine that?! I immediately cancelled the membership but I cant return the product to them. Called them too. Same rubbish. This is a total scam! Apparently there's nothing they can do but still charge me $119.32.
