Systematically, club billing has charged my 85 year old mother's checking account by direct billing $18 per month since Oct. 2011 plus charges of $189 two times as Patient Assistance Plus. Legal Ally USA charged $189. Best Protek $397.68.
Another called LA Processing out of 301 Belcher Rd., #203, Largo, FL 33771 was for $395. It's similar but doesn't say Club Billing.
