I foolishly started with what was supposed to be a free reading. As I progressed thru their required questions, I discovered I was to be charged $12.00/month. I ended the query, and certainly DID NOT give authorization for any charges. I truly hope you will rectify this problem; just in case not, I am still calling my charge card. I do not like being cheated like this.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. You are asking for damages - I am only interested in receiving a refund on my card of $25.50. You wouldn't let me add another date of 8/3/11, which was the 2nd charge. And no where do I see what your terms/conditions are!! If another charge for this complaint - forget it and cancel this request. I will go thru credit card. Thank you. Anne J. Lane

    We noticed your complaint and wanted to clarify that you did in fact contact our customer service department via email on July 29, 2011 stating that you were no longer interested in the service and would like a refund of your $12.00. Following your request, we did reply to your email and issue a refund of $12.00 to your credit card on August 2, 2011. You did sign up for a one-year membership to our service for $12.00. We did not charge your credit card $25.50. This charge is not from our company. We would suggest that you try contacting the company that did charge you. If you are unable to do so, then you should contact your credit card company. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department by email at, or by phone at 1-877-668-0781, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
