  I made an additional call to The Tax Club on 8/12/2013. I was again transferred to the voice mail of Kyle, where I left a detailed voice mail. I let him know that I have called multiple times and left multiple voice mails without a response, and if The Tax Club wants to offer any level of customer service to their consumers, then it would be imperative for him to return my call. I await his response.
