  I contacted Wyndham Vacations at 10:57am by dialing (800) 251-8736 and spoke to Robin. I informed Robin of the profile for Sterling Sligh, one of Wyndham's account managers. I asked to speak to Sterling or the appropriate person that would deal with this matter. Robin transferred me to the owner care line. I informed the representative of the profile and again, asked to speak to Sterling himself or someone that would have the authority to look into the profile. He provided me with a consumer complaint fax number and stated that there was no email address or phone number available when asked. I submitted an email in their contact us form on their website. I am currently waiting for a reply.
